Description
Kate Clifford is the director of Rural Community Network NI, and is in post since 2013. Having completed a MSc in Rural Development and a BSc in Agricultural Economics at QUB she has maintained a keen interest in supporting rural communities to create thriving regions and to articulate their needs at a government level. Kate has worked in rural development for 25 years and has been involved in local community development, capacity building, peacebuilding, Cross-Border working, partnership development and responding to and supporting the development of rural proofed policy.
