Description
Heino von Meyer is Senior Consultant to the international PtX Hub, a global platform for knowledge creation and policy dialogue on sustainable hydrogen and Power-to-X solutions. His focus is on developing regulatory frameworks and standards ensuring that hydrogen and PtX policies and projects contribute to achieving climate neutrality and the SDGs. For three decades Heino was with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), initially as Senior Consultant to the OECD Rural Development Programme and later as Head of the Territorial Data and Indicators unit. Subsequently he became Principal Administrator in charge of OECD Environmental Performance Reviews. From 2002 to 2019 he was Head of the OECD Berlin Centre.
