Description

Andrew is a 19 year old student from the Isle of Benbecula in the Outer Hebrides studying for a degree in Geography at the University of St Andrews, with particular interests in rural communities, coastal & glacial landscapes, and sustainable environmental management. He has experience working with the 3rd sector and community organisations, currently working for Ceòlas Uibhist, a Gàidhlig arts & culture organisation, and having been Vice-Chair of Benbecula Community Council from 2018-2019, and also working with national organisations such as the Children and Young People’s Human RIghts Commissioner and the Scottish Climate Assembly to represent rural voices.
