Description
Dr. Xing Quan Zhang is Senior Advisor at UN-HABITAT. Prior to that, he was Chief of Urban Economy and Finance Branch, then, Chief of Urban Economy and Social Development Branch of UN-HABITAT. Before joining UN-HABITAT, he taught courses on urban economics, urban public economics, comparative housing policies, international real estate development, urban planning, decision-support systems and supervised postgraduates at leading universities. He held Research Fellowship, Professorship, and Honorary/Guest Professorship in both developing and developed countries.
